Kinesiology uses the neurological response to a trigger to assess its impact on the different body systems. Using the muscle tone as a Yes-No-answer system, it typically only uses one muscle, tested repeatedly, to scan for the presence of target conditions, such as Nutritional deficiencies, Food Intolerances or Allergies.

This allows it to acknowledge food sensitivities and intolerances as well as non-IgE-mediated allergic-type responses, which otherwise could not be detected through common immunological tests such as blood, prick or patch testing.

It so determines which body systems need support and which supplements, herbs, vibrational remedies or treatment methods can aid recovery.
